How long does the onboarding process take?

The onboarding process can be as quick as you make it, as this is down to you to submit all the information we need to verify you.

Who owns the work completed by Freelancers?

Our clients own the intellectual property of the work completed for them as per our terms and conditions.

Who are the JamPot typical customers?

JamPot works across an array of different industries, businesses sizes and work requirements, no two clients are the same!

Whats it like to be a part of the JamPot community?

Like no other community you'll be surrounded by a hugely talented and experienced support network, where you can ask questions, advice whenever you most need it!

How long are my notice periods?

30 days if you work with our clients on a pay as you go model, 45 days if you work with our clients on a retainer based model.

How do you pay freelancers?

We pay freelancers 14 days after the end of each month, if that falls on a weekend we pay the Monday after. We also raise invoices to you through self billing, keeping admin to a minimum and making the whole process seamless.

Am I paid for sales calls?

Yes. We pay freelancers a separate reduced internal rate for anything internal to JamPot, meaning you are never left out of pocket.
