Hello, I'm Sam. I've worked in HR for over 15 years now and for the last five I have worked as an HR consultant specialising in startups and founder-led SMEs across a wide variety of industries. I build HR departments from the ground up - covering all your HR operations, policies, procedures, processes, and the day-to-day management of HR in your business. I also work on HR projects and implement HRAS and ATS for recruitment and I'm really passionate about building a strong workplace culture. I'm really looking forward to working with you.
