Key Achievement
In conjunction with a coder, I designed and implemented a new digital software platform for managing the Parenting Leave population for a global investment bank. This automated workflow, saved time and therefore reduced costs. It also helped to ensure managers were having more frequent contact with employees returning to work after Parenting Leave, and therefore increased employee retention.
