Hi, my name's Kate. I'm a business lawyer and have been working in the legal sector for 15 years plus now. I specialise in contract and business law and I have a very in-depth understanding of data protection regulations and intellectual property. I have worked for both high-street and corporate law firms and more recently I have been supporting SMEs. I work on contracts, terms and conditions, shareholders agreements, brand protection through trademarks, and helping businesses get to grips with their obligations under data protection legislation.
