Hi, my name's Emma. I've been an accountant now for 25 years. I specialise in SME's in the manufacturing, industry, and construction. I started my profession in practice and then moved to a global corporate company before owning my own manufacturing SME for 14 years. I now provide interim and consultancy services for businesses. I owned a manufacturing company in the automotive industry and my role as Finance Director with a very hands-on position in all areas of finance and business management. Recently I have worked as an interim accountant for a multi-million-pound company Oakland International Ltd, an FMCG company with 15 subsidiaries, where I helped implement a new consolidation software for monthly management reporting and prepared each tax computation and R&D project. I’ve also supported a new scale-up as a consultant, who supplied sustainable eco-friendly water bottles to businesses and they have increased turnover by 50% in 12 months with scale-up models and 3-way integrated forecasting.
